What happens to your property when you are not here ? 99% of the houses in complexes have, site management fees paid annually. Depending on the site it might go upto 60-80 euros per month. Plus some other the monthly bills like electricty and water even you don’t use them.
You wouldn’t want to arrive back to your house and find out that your water or electricty has been cut off. Best thing to do would be to pay them on yearly bases. But some bills can not be paid yearly or paid from your bank account. So what do you do ? Another detail is , how will you get to your place from the airport ? Perhaps a taxi driver or some travel agent can arrange a transfer for you.

The maintenance on your house is some other matter. Once in a while it has to be painted, perhaps cleaned before you arrive. Gardening seems easy presuming every site watchman does this kind of work.

So, whats left ? Oh.. Not even mentioning getting a water leak fixed or broken door handle..

While you are not here;
• We monitor your house/villa or apartment frequently.
-Every few weeks routine checks for your property,
-After heavy rain / extreme cold weather conditions,
-Site management meetings or any notice from site management, *Most site meetings are done in beginning of summer, if you are not here in Turkey, then we attend and prepare a report for you.
• We pay your bills ie: electricty / water / site management / telephone / internet / satellite etc.
• We make sure that your gardener is doing his job.
• We supervise any maintenance/repairs/changes getting done at your property.
• We make sure your white goods, aircondition, electrical equipments are serviced.

Before you come over and while you are here;
• We get your property cleaned, fridge is ready for a beer.
• We pick you up from arrival airport and transfer you to your home,
• Anywhere you would like to visit while you are here, we arange the tour/transportation.
• Any assistance needed, we are there to help you.
• And at the end of the holiday we take you back to airport.
• If you have any visitors coming to your house at any time, we take care of them too.

And how much do we charge ? We only charge € 100 Euros (approximately £ 68 sterlings) for a whole year.
Obviously, the actual airport transfer fees, bills or any other payments are not included in this price.
If you have purchased your holiday home from us, then all these services are free for a life time.
