Let say that you would like to buy a holiday house in Kusadasi. You would be coming a few times in a year probably around summer months to enjoy the sun, the beach , take a few trips to sites near by, perhaps take the kids to the biggest aquapark in Europe etc..

Presuming that the property is left alone at rest of the times, nobody is living in it.

What happens to your property when you are not here ? 99% of the houses in complexes have, site management fees paid annually. Depending on the site it might go upto 60-80 euros per month. Plus some other the monthly bills like electricty and water even you don’t use them.
You wouldn’t want to arrive back to your house and find out that your water or electricty has been cut off. Best thing to do would be to pay them on yearly bases. But some bills can not be paid yearly or paid from your bank account. So what do you do ?
